Every family is very unique in their needs, desires, and affordability of a home. Charlotte’s biggest pleasure in selling real estate is assisting others to achieve their dream of home ownership. Often times that is a move-up situation, where sellers are previous home owners, and want to move up or down in size. Even then, there are so many details to be handled, and Charlotte feels her largest effort is to make the transition as less complicated as possible for her clients. They need to sell the home they own, and buy another one. The most common question in that situation is, “What do I do first, put my home on the market, or find another house and then put my house on the market?”

Then there are first-time buyers, who need extra help in their search and decisions, because they’ve never bought a home before, they feel like a fish out of water! It is Charlotte’s greatest desire to help them, and to keep their stress level as minimal as possible.

“Buying a home is both exciting and scary” so I feel like I can be a buffer for all the things that spring up. My experience, knowledge and education in the real estate field, hopefully, helps others to achieve their goals.

So many folks ask what all those letters after my name stands for. Most of them represent extra educational classroom hours, and designations representing those accomplishments.

Charlotte is also Broker-in-Charge and owner of C J Properties. She does a lot of new construction sales, as well as resales of homes, condos, land and lots. She has worked with several developers in marketing their lots, and new homes being built in the development. Charlotte is a member of The Catawba Valley Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, and is very active on both the local real estate level, as well as on the state level.
